Orange opens it, bright, with a cool thread of eucalyptus behind. Clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and ylang ylang build through the middle, and vanilla and soft woods settle underneath.

One of the two most spiced scents in the Christmas range, alongside Christmas Spice. The difference is in the finish. Christmas Spice has clove and spice at its base and stays dry, while the vanilla and woods here round it off warmer.

Hand-poured in small batches in London. For the same spice with a drier finish try Christmas Spice, or Mulled Wine for the sweetest of the Christmas melts. Browse the full range of wax melts, or pair it with one of our wax burners.

How to Use

Place 1 to 2 wax melts, or one section of a 5-piece snap bar, into your burner and let the scent build. Use one in a smaller room, and two, or a bar segment, in a larger one. A melt from a box of 16 is smaller than a segment of a snap bar, so the same amount is not the same habit.

Use a wax burner rather than an oil burner. Oil burners are the small, short ones, and the dish sits too close to the flame, so the wax goes over faster than it should and the scent fades early. With a manual burner, a 6 hour tealight holds its heat better than a 2 hour one.

Position the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a draught-free spot, away from anything flammable. Switch on an electric burner, or light a tealight beneath a manual one.

Once the scent has faded, allow the wax to cool and set. Warm the dish briefly to lift the wax out, then wipe it clean before adding a new bar.
