Refund policy
Every Little London piece is made to order with care and intention. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review the policy below before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please notify the Little London Care Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To process a replacement, we require:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging
Once approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
Please note that refunds or product changes are not offered for damaged items.
Requests submitted after the 48‑hour window cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellations
As each item is made to order, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Your account will be credited with the full purchase amount.
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
The following items are also non‑returnable:
- Custom or personalised items
- Used or opened items
- Items not in their original condition
- Sale items (all sale items are final sale)
If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is always here to help.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged and your claim is approved, a replacement of the same product will be issued. Certain non‑custom, non‑made‑to‑order items may be eligible for an exchange, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Exchanges are offered by approval only.
To request an exchange, please email the Little London Care Team at info@littlelondongifts.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your request is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please note:
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return postage
- Exchanges are issued for the same product type or value
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind
