Shipping policy

At this time, we are only able to process and deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

Each Little London item is handmade to order. For most of the year, we dispatch orders within 2 working days. During peak seasons, this may extend to up to 4 working days while we maintain the level of care and craftsmanship our products require.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within the UK.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, or at any time over the weekend, will be processed from Monday when we return to the Workshop. All orders are prepared and dispatched in the order they are received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message (depending on the contact details provided at checkout). We ship via Royal Mail, and postage is calculated at a flat rate across most UK regions
