Sage opens it alongside grapefruit and bergamot, green and bright rather than sweet. Seaweed and salt carry the middle with an ozonic lift, and musk, amber and cedarwood settle underneath to keep it warm rather than cold.

A coastal scent with the warmth left in. The salt and seaweed give it the open, airy feel of wind off the water, while the woods and amber underneath stop it tipping into something sharp or clinical.

Who do we recommend it for? Anyone who likes a fresh scent without sweetness, and one of the safest gifts we make because it reads as clean rather than floral or spiced. At 211ml with a single wick it suits a bathroom, a bedroom or a hallway. Trim the wick to 5mm before each light, and burn for no more than three hours at a time.

How to Use

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to encourage a steady flame and an even melt pool. Always place your candle on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface away from draughts and anything flammable; ceramic or stone coasters are ideal, as wood, plastic, and other delicate surfaces may mark with heat.

Keep away from children, pets, and anything that can catch fire, and never leave a burning candle unattended. For best results, burn for no longer than 3 hours at a time. If the flame becomes too large or begins to smoke, extinguish immediately and trim the wick before relighting.
Discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains. The container may become hot during use. Allow it to cool fully before handling or moving.
