Orders are processed within 8 business days, each candle is hand made bespoke to your order. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order within the UK.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out Monday morning.

We use Royal Mail to carrier our goods. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas throughout out the United Kingdom.

If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number. We will do everything we can to locate the lost item.

If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly returns/exchanges are acceptable, however any postage incurred shall be covered by the customer.

If your package has been marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Absolutely gorgeous these wax melts smell exactly as described and lasts and lasts and lasts,ever since I came across little London gifts I only buy from them now, I buy every week and the different selections, scents are amazing and I share them with friends and family. Well worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.
