All of our products are made to order. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of Little London Refund Policy are fully met. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out Monday morning.
We use Royal Mail to carrier our goods. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas throughout out the United Kingdom.
If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number. We will do everything we can to locate the lost item.
If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly returns/exchanges are acceptable, however any postage incurred shall be covered by the customer.
